What are abrasion resistant gloves levels？
Abrasion resistance for protective gloves is rated on a six-level scale (0-6) based on the ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 standard, which measures how many cycles of friction a material can withstand before failing. Higher levels (5-6) indicate superior durability for heavy-duty, abrasive tasks, while lower levels (1-3) are for light-to-moderate, routine tasks.
Testing Method: Levels 1-3 are tested with a 500-gram load, while levels 4-6 use a 1,000-gram load, based on ASTM D3389-10/D3884-09 tests.
