Schwer® stands behind our products and is committed to ensuring you a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

1.Eligibility

You may return any item purchased on schwergloves.com within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (including all tags).

2.Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@schwergloves.com to request a return authorization.

Step 2: Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that no item is missing and that it is packed securely.

Step 3: Ship the return to the address provided by our team.

3.Refund & Shipping

Quality-related issues  (defective/wrong item): We will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full order amount. Note: Shipping costs are prepaid by the customer. We will strictly inspect the returned product and refund the order price and shipping costs after inspection.

Non-quality-related returns (e.g. change of mind, color/style preference, etc): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund amount is the product price only.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

4.Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us at sales@schwergloves.com for assistance. Exchanges are subject to other conditions such as product availability.

Key Notes
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required for all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

In order to serve you faster, please provide photos/videos of damaged or incorrect  items in your return request.
