Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Clearance items.
• Used or damaged items due to misuse.

Shipping

1. Seller-responsible

• All costs will be covered by Schwer.

2. Customer-responsible

• You are responsible for 2-way return shipping costs and up to 20% restocking fee.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the new item has a price difference, you will be required to pay for the difference.
• Charges are subject to actual cost calculation.

3. The return address will be provided separately.

4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
